Vegan – Day 13

Despite all the “mmmm’s”, I managed to avoid eating the spread our company had out for lunch today.  I’m starting to crave some substance.  But my energy levels are still high and I feel really good.

Day 13

Breakfast:
– Peaches & Banana

Lunch:
– Quinoa
– Green beans
– Corn
– Sweet peas

Dinner:
– Pasta w/ Spinach & Olives

Snack:
– Almond milk w/ Vegan rice crispy treat (mad props to the wife)
