Typically a cold for me drags out for weeks…I mostly recovered from this one within a few days. Maybe the vegan eating, maybe a weak cold…who knows. However a real impact I’ve noticed is that after lunch is not nearly as a drag as it had been with non-vegan meals. I’m able to more easily stay alert after lunch instead of feeling like I need to hibernate.
