I get to work from home, and I’m really excited! How I imagine it and how it’ll really go are two entirely different things, but I’m glad to have the opportunity. I won’t be packing diapers and food and sitting useless on my ass during naps. I’ll start dinner in the crockpot around 3:30 so it’s ready when JPW gets home. I have big plans, I’ll let you know how it goes…
Momma’s Munchies is chock full of new recipes, including tomorrow’s dinner. And if you’re sharing recipes over there then let’s share a favorite casserole meal. Mmmm, yum!

ohhh how nice! What is the occasion?
Haha, they're huge procrastinators and have a ton of housework to do, so they're taking the day off to essentially deep clean, paint, clean up the yard. A baby in the way just wouldn't do! I wish I could work from home everyday!
When I was nannying-with-my-own-child-in-tow I got to work from my own home while my employers were remodeling their kitchen. It was FANtastic! I got so much accomplished that I had always dreamed of being able to do. You're going to love it as long as the little one cooperates. Good luck and take advantage!

Oh you must have looooved that!!! I might even do an art project with them tomorrow, since I have all my teacher-y supplies here!
Ugh!! So jealous, but SO happy for you!! Just enjoy the day…and what you cross of the "to do" list: just a bonus.

maybe they will realize how lovely it is to have you take the baby away and you'll get to do it more often! It's so nice to be on your home turf and get stuff done during those naps!
