Hit up a market in St. Augustine where a guy makes some epic vegan muffins…I got 7 of them.

Day 17

Breakfast:
– Cheerios w/ apple sauce
– Toast w/ grape jelly

Lunch:
– Vegan corn muffin

Dinner:
– Homemade vegetable soup. Mixed vegies, tomato soup, cut noodles

– rabbit food (salad w/ only lettuce)

Dinner:
– Black bean soup
– Greek salad w/ balsamic dressing (special request @ Panera)

I’m torturing myself with a cooking show where they’re cooking ribs. In the mean time, here was my day…

Day 15

Breakfast:
– Peaches & Banana

Lunch:
– Red kidney beans
– Olives
– Spinach w/ pasta

Dinner:
– Homemade vegetable soup. Mixed vegies, tomato soup, cut noodles.

Snack:
– Peanuts
– Vegan rice crispy treat w/ almond milk

Day 14

Breakfast:
– Peaches & Banana

Lunch:
– Rice
– Olives
– Spinach w/ pasta
– Vegan rice crispy treat (thanks again to the wife…awww cute red heart one)

Dinner:
– Homemade vegetable soup. Mixed vegies, tomato soup, cut noodles.

Snack:
– Carrots w/ hummus

Vegan – Day 13

Despite all the “mmmm’s”, I managed to avoid eating the spread our company had out for lunch today.  I’m starting to crave some substance.  But my energy levels are still high and I feel really good.

Day 13

Breakfast:
– Peaches & Banana

Lunch:
– Quinoa
– Green beans
– Corn
– Sweet peas

Dinner:
– Pasta w/ Spinach & Olives

Snack:
– Almond milk w/ Vegan rice crispy treat (mad props to the wife)
