Despite all the “mmmm’s”, I managed to avoid eating the spread our company had out for lunch today. I’m starting to crave some substance. But my energy levels are still high and I feel really good.

Today I noticed my burst of energy are directly related to how long it’s been since I’ve eaten. I think I need to start eating more throughout the day. Shockingly enough with all this plant eating, I haven’t had the shlitz yet.
I just remembered that I’m going to miss out on some fine good food provided for free by my company on Wed. Livestrong…wait…he cheated…ummm…just do it…errr something…

Looking at my eating, I feel like I’m eating similar things every day…but I haven’t noticed getting tired of any of the combinations of the same things yet.
